His projects include receiverships over Ponzi schemes, receiverships over real estate, turnarounds of operating entities, alter ego analyses, fraud investigations, lost profit calculations, lost earnings calculations, asset searches and related matters. Mr. Davis has provided expert testimony in federal, bankruptcy and state courts. He has taught on the subject of forensic accounting and receiverships at Arizona State University and has provided training on fraud and forensic accounting to numerous organizations.

He is conversant in German and has consulted for companies in the United States, Germany and Japan.

Mr. Davis is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Association of Insolvency and Reorganization Advisors.
